Reader Scott Rockvam responds to Duluth brewery Bent Paddle is bravely sacrificing sales to do what's right:

"It's not like they're saying they're against all mining. They are against this particular mine that is so close to the Boundary Waters and other sensitive waterways.

"This type of mine has never been operated without polluting nearby waters and causes irreversible damage. I'd say that Bent Paddle has a huge stake in the fight. They need clean, fresh water to brew their products."
