Kriesel has been the target of harsh words from his fellow MNGOPers at least twice this year.

In May 2011, Rep. John Kriesel, R-Cottage Grove, gave an impassioned speech on the floor of the House of Representatives laying out why he's a Republican who proudly supports gay marriage.

So it's no surprise that Kriesel, who took a job as Anoka County's Veteran Services leader earlier this year after he announced his retirement from the legislature, is starring in a new Minnesotans United for All Families ad. Parrish's "John K is all about John K" remark comes months after Rep. Mary Kiffmeyer, R-Big Lake -- a candidate for a State Senate seat in the Albertville area this election cycle -- said Kriesel has "no courage" because he supported the Vikings stadium but decided not to run for another term in office.

The MNGOP sure has a way with words, doesn't it?
