Watch Kanye wobble, Bon Iver dance all nifty in Francis & the Lights' 'Friends' video

Francis Farewell Starlite and Bon Iver prepare to dance.

Justin "Bonny Bear" Vernon is many things.

The Eau Claire, Wisconsin, native is the force behind indie-rock heavyweights Bon Iver; he's one of the curatorial czars at the Eaux Claires Music & Arts Festival; and he's one of Kanye West's trusted collaborators.

But did you know he's also a nifty dancer?

The proof's in the music-video pudding known as "Friends," the latest from New York City pop/R&B group Francis and the Lights. In it, we see a vibed-out Kanye wobble contemplatively and the titular Francis Farewell Starlite dance conceptually around a minimalist stage.

Then comes the surprise: Vernon, clad in baseball cap and bluejeans, hits the scene and cuts a choreographed rug with Starlite. And goddammit if he's not a nifty dancer! Check it out below.

"Friends" features vocals from Kayne and Bon Iver. The track was co-written by Rostam Batmanglij, formerly of Vampire Weekend. Starlite, whose past collabs include Chance the Rapper and Frank Ocean, co-produced the track alongside Batmanglij, Ariel Rechtshaid, Cashmere Cat, and Benny Blanco.

Bon Iver will perform August 12 at the Eaux Claires fest just outside of downtown Eau Claire — about an hour-and-half east of the Twin Cities. Kanye's Saint Pablo Tour will arrive Oct. 10 at St. Paul's Xcel Energy Center.
