Suicidal Tendencies postpone Cabooze show
Man, the Cabooze is having a bad run this month. Last week, Danzig pulled out of their show only hours before they were scheduled to take the stage, citing a flimsy excuse that "the ceiling was too low" and whipping fans into a furor. This week, their date with Suicidal Tendencies has been postponed due to a family emergency.
"Unfortunately the NYC show will be the last show of this tour," the band said in a written statement. "Sadly, one of the band members had a parent pass away suddenly and needed to fly home to be with his family in this difficult time and handle all the funeral arrangements, etc. With heavy hearts, the band decided it would be best to postpone the remaining ST shows and make them up sometime next year. We appreciate your understanding, your thoughts and your prayers.
"Please give us a few days and we will try and let those who already have tickets how how to get refunds, etc. Again, we are so sorry to have to postpone these shows, but hope that everyone will be able to understand, and we'll do our best to make the dates up."
The postponed dates include this Thursday's stop at the Cabooze, as well as dates this week in Chicago, Denver, and Albuquerque.
