Stone Arch Bridge Fest action in 2014

Dads 'n' grads season, as always, culminates with a cherished block of time we here at City Pages like to call Father's Day weekend.

Chief among the prime FDW activities: the Stone Arch Bridge Festival, which returns to Minneapolis June 17-19. The 22nd annual fest dished its free live music schedule Thursday, and it's a nice sampler platter of more than 50 local acts.

We're talkin' mesmerizing choral collective Prairie Fire Lady Choir, folk-rocker Nicki Becker, piano party-starter Mark Mallman, singer-songwriter Adam Svec, '16 Are You Local? finalists Danami & the Blue, foggy psych-rockers Phantom Tails, country risers the Plott Hounds, and many, many more. Check out the complete lineup below; we're hearing great things about the City Pages Stage.

Spread over four riverside stages near its namesake bridge, the Stone Arch Bridge Fest will also feature food, drink, art activities, a car show, and more. Each year the fest offers a nice, affordable, family-focused counterpoint to the coinciding Rock the Garden.
