Roots, Rock, and Deep Blues Festival launches Indiegogo fundraising campaign
The Roots, Rock, and Deep Blues Festival is such a good time that we just named it our Best Rock Festival of the past year. This year, event organizer Patrick's Cabaret has created an Indiegogo fundraising campaign to help cover some of the costs of putting on the celebratory daylong musical festival, which this year will be held on July 19.
The campaign has already reached 12 percent of its goal of $10,000, with donations accepted until June 10. In addition to the satisfaction of helping fund a truly wonderful music festival, there are also plenty of perks and rewards offered up for various donation levels.
The donation tiers range from $5 to $500. At the lower levels, contributors are rewarded with free downloads from the forthcoming Live! at Patrick's Cabaret CD, tickets to the festival, and a personalized thank you in the event program and on the Mural of Thanks.
At higher levels, you get a copy of the Live! at Patrick's Cabaret CD, tickets to not only the Roots, Rock, and Deep Blues Festival but also to any upcoming Patrick's Cabaret Presents show, admittance to the green room at the festival, signed posters, and even a special shout-out from the stage. As you can see, there are serious spoils to the uppermost tier.
No matter what level you can contribute, know that your money is going to a worthwhile cause and helping out the folks at Patrick's Cabaret and everyone responsible for putting on the Roots, Rock, and Deep Blues Festival.
So, if you've enjoyed the fest in the past, and want to see it grow and prosper in the future, give what you can to the Indiegogo campaign, and we'll see you all down in south Minneapolis for this year's festivities.
