Prince to perform on the Arsenio Hall Show

Woof woof woof! Prince is heading to the newly relaunched The Arsenio Hall Show in the very near future. In secretive purple fashion, he sent his female doppelganger Danielle Curiel to present Hall with a letter on Thursday evening's show.
A silent Curiel looked a lot like she did in the "Breakfast Can Wait" video as Hall read over the terms of Prince's visit next week. "The Arsenio Hall Show has been so welcoming to us in the past, and we wanted to return that favor," the letter read. "Just say the word and we will bring our whole crew over to your place and do a performance you will never forget. Just in case you haven't heard, I've been practicing. And I've gotten pretty good now."
The scheduled date for the the show airing is 10 p.m. CST Wednesday, March 5 on the CW in the Twin Cities.
Prince is expected to perform multiple songs over the course of the show with 3rd Eye Girl, the New Power Generation, and Liv Warfield. His last major TV appearance was as himself on Fox's New Girl. Read a recap of the show.
Update: Arsenio has posted a teaser from the episode, which includes a Q&A with the audience. A lot of folks like bumping into Prince at parties, it seems.
