Mastodon, Cranberries, fun. among new Brick show additions
At a certain point, the novelty of emerging Warehouse District concert venue the Brick adding new concerts will wear off -- we think. At least after March 15, we'll be able to see what this 2,000-capacity space is all about. Until then, the AEG Live-piloted stage continues to reveal new events in handfuls.
This time, we find that titans of art-metal Mastodon are on the way, as well as the alternative folk of the Cranberries. Separate engagements, folks.
Also stacked into the upcoming shows are dubstep duo Skream & Benga, and the radio rock powerhouse Shinedown, and the anthemic alt rock act fun.'s show at Varsity Theater has been shifted over to the Brick, as well. No sign of theMarilyn Manson show
on their site just yet, though.
New additions, in order:
April 1: Skream & Benga
April 13: fun.
May 7: Mastodon, Opeth, and Ghost
May 15: Shinedown
May 17: The Cranberries
Tickets for the four new listings go on sale Friday, February 24. And fun. tickets are available here.
