In Defence and Totally Harsh tonight at Memory Lanes

In Defence having good, clean fun, courtesy of their Myspace page.

Over the last couple years, Memory Lanes has staged a largely successful coup of Monday nights. The day of the week previously reserved for workday grumblings and dread of the days to come have become strident oases of catharsis at this delightful Seward bowling alley, and In Defence have come to be their valiant Arthurian heroes, ushering our weekdays in with overpowering miniature punk overtures.

In Defence are a storied bunch to be sure, and the story which most succinctly captures the punk powerkinds is their impromptu performance in an Eau Claire Taco John's. Oh, you haven't heard? It happened, and the cameras were rolling.

For anyone who considers themselves and enthusiast of all things spontaneous and worth doing, the YouTube clip below is essential viewing. Behold, be amazed, and be at this show. Tuesday might yell at you for it. But that's what Triple rock 241's are for.
