Hymie's donating half of their sales today in memory of Daniel Levy
The good folks at Hymie's Vintage Records are showing their support to the grieving Levy family, and anyone who struggles with mental illness, by donating half of their sales today (Wednesday) to Four Winds Saratoga, the mental health treatment hospital in Daniel's hometown of Sarasota Springs, N.Y. The benevolent treatment facility is where the Levy family requested that all donations in Daniel's memory be made, and Hymie's owners Laura and Dave Hoenack are certainly doing what they can to show support to the Levy family during this difficult time.
So, if any music lovers out there were interested in doing some vinyl shopping in Minneapolis today, may I recommend you stop by Hymie's new location at 3820 E. Lake St., and feel good knowing that half of whatever you spend in the store today will be donated to Four Winds Saratoga in Daniel's memory.
For those who can't make it out to Hymie's today, you can still donate directly to Four Winds Saratoga here--
