Ho! Ho! ... hitmakers? KDWB unwraps 2015 Jingle Ball lineup

Freshly swol Nick Jonas is ready to punch you into the holiday spirit

Freshly swol Nick Jonas is ready to punch you into the holiday spirit

Deck the halls with boughs of holly, fa la la la la, la la la la .... hey, that's starting to sound like a pop song! Speaking of Top 40 hitmakers, at least 12 of them will come down the chimney at Xcel Energy Center on December 7 for radio station KDWB's annual Jingle Ball blowout.

If your Preferred Wintertime Celebration wishlist (we're waging the War on Christmas here, folks) includes the following, it'll be a Preferred Wintertime Celebration for the ages:

  • Nick Jonas! (The freshly swol erstwhile Jonas Bro pictured above)

  • Demi Lovato! (The freshly sexified erstwhile Disney Channel star)

  • Shawn Mendes! (The 17-year-old Canadian singer-songwriter who appears less dangerous than Biebs)

  • Becky G! (The coldest pop-rapper in the game — sorry, Cher Lloyd!)

  • Calvin Haris! (The superstar DJ/boy-toy to Pop Overlord Taylor Swift)

  • Fall Out Boy! (The pop-punks turned lone torchbearers of guitar-driven rock 'n' roll on pop radio)

  • Zedd! (The baby-faced DJ behind Ariana Grande's smash hit "Break Free")

  • Charlie Puth! (The YouTube sensation featured on Wiz Kalifia's pro-family jam "See You Again")

  • Tove Lo! (The pop-star Swede with alt-rock trappings)

  • R City! (The possibly old — by Jingle Ball standards — brotherly duo that served as hit writers to the stars before scoring "Locked Away")

  • Hailee Steinfeld! (The little girl from 2010's True Grit! She got her arm back and sings dance-pop now)

  • DNCE! (The new band fronted by Joe Jonas that wrote a song called "Cake By the Ocean")
Tickets to the iHeartRadio-sponsored tween extravaganza run $36-$151; they go on sale 10 a.m. Oct. 12 via Ticketmaster.
