Girls Got Rhythm Fest announces full lineup and ticket information

Two weeks ago, we told you about the first ever Girls Got Rhythm Fest taking place at Amsterdam Bar & Hall in St. Paul on May 11-12. The two-day, female-focused music festival is headlined by Rock And Roll Hall of Famer Ronnie Spector, as well as the Tokyo rockabilly trio the 5.6.7.8's and the Muffs.

Now we have the full Girls Got Rhythm Fest lineup, as well as ticket information to pass along to you. Two-day, general admission passes for the festival are currently available online here, and cost $65. A limited number of tickets will eventually be available for purchase at both Amsterdam Bar and Eclipse Records in the near future.

The Girls Got Rhythm Fest is the brainchild of current Metro Magazine editor (and creator of Radio K's "Girl Germs" program) Dana Raidt along with local promoter Travis Ramin, and should successfully shine a distinct light on how women have shaped the past, present, and future of music all over the world.

It's an exciting lineup for fans of any and all types of sounds or styles, set in the intimate confines of one of the Twin Cities newest live venues, and should get the area's always active summer music season off to a smashing start.
