Doomtree announce three dates for Blowout VIII
Doomtree's annual Blowout series turns eight years young this December. Last year, the workhorse team dropped seven shows in a row. Just announced this afternoon, the Minneapolis hip-hop crew will rock three shows at First Avenue to spray holiday cheer all over your high-priced sneakers and luxury automobiles.
Tickets for these shows ($15 a pop) hit the streets on Friday at noon, and can be procured at P.O.S.'s album release show for We Don't Even Live Here at First Avenue that night.
From Doomtree HQ:
Otherwise members of the crew will be hanging out next door at The Depot this Saturday from 3:00-5:00, drinking off our We Don't Even Live Here hangovers and selling Blowout 8 tickets hand to hand. Come down, grab some tickets, and a crush a couple mimosas with us.
Doomtree Blowout VIII shows:
Friday, December 14 21+
Saturday, December 15 18+
Sunday, December 16 All Ages
Also, attendees at the P.O.S. show can pick up one of the limited-edition, screen-print posters created by designer Emmanuel Mauléon of Minnesota Vice. Proceeds from the $25 posters will go to benefit Stef as he faces mounting medical expenses related to kidney failure and replacement. See below:
