Concrete and Grass Lowertown Music Festival this weekend

Now in its third year, this three-day free festival features acts in just about every genre imaginable, including hip hop, rock, gospel, and classical. Lowertown St. Paul has seen a bit of resurgence the past year; bars like the Bulldog and Barrio are hopping most nights. The festival takes place at Mears Park (221 E. 5th St., St. Paul), a lovely space complete with trees, a stream, and lots of lighting. Trying to plan your weekend?
