Now that you've got your clever costume all picked out, you need somewhere fun to go. We've got you covered with a list of enough ghoulish rock 'n roll events happening in the Twin Cities to keep you entertained all weekend long, and deep into Monday night as well.
From devilish DJs to terrorizing tribute bands, there are sinister, spine-tingling concerts and costume contests happening in just about every bar and club in the area. Here's a comprehensive list of the events sure to make your hair-raising Halloween memorable.

Friday, October 28
Ballroom -1940 Hennepin Ave
Dress up and dance the night away on a hardwood dance floor to the music of Shannon Blowtorch, Plain Ole Bill & Jimmy 2 Times, The Moon Goons, Jonathan Ackerman and Wzz Wnshp. 21+. $10. 10pm.
Dress up and strap on your dance shoes, and head over to Cinema Ballroom. Dance instructors at-hand, free lessons, and a costume contest. All ages. $8-15. 7pm.
Spend your Halloween weekend relaxing with a beer and live music. Special guests Flavor Crystals, the Vacant Lots (Vermont), Chatham Rise and Boom Island. 21+. $7. 9pm.
Located In the Skyway Theatre, featuring Excision, Ozric Tentacles. 18+. $25. 7pm.
Hang out in one of Minneapolis' rock-club landmarks featuring Ada Jane, Erik Brandt & the Urban Hillbilly Quartet, Po' Boy Local 151. 18+. $6. 8pm.
Saturday, October 29
Purported to be the Twin Cities largest Halloween party and costume contest, with $4,000 in prizes. Go see what the fuss is about. 21+. $15. 9pm.
Kitty Kat Club
Show off your best kitty kat dance moves while being costumed up. The night will be marked by the release of Local dance devotee Gigamesh's EP. 21+. $5. 10pm.
Enjoy a pint and say "cheers" to Brit's as they finally come of age. Dress-up like your favorite Brit and dance the night away. Don't pass this up, it may be your only good excuse to dress up like Queen Elizabeth.. 730pm.
Sunday, October 30
Cause Spirits & Soundbar
Enjoy some cheap PBR tallboys and Miller highlifes, featuring Moonlight Grammar and Daniel Heavens. 21+. 8pm. FREE.

Monday, October 31
Triple Rock Social Club
