It seems Allan Kingdom traded an adorable Christian music career for his current skyrocketing rap career.

The Grammy-nominated local MC re-tweeted an inspirational reminder from his uncle Monday afternoon, complete with an image of Stay Clean Stay Christian, his long-lost debut album issued under his birth name, Allan Kyariga.

"Haha yea it was my first CD ever," Kingdom, 22, tells City Pages via Twitter. "Recorded it at church, I think I was like 9. My mom still got a stack locked away somewhere lol." 

Stay Clean Stay Christian doesn't appear to exist online, so you'll have to imagine whether or not "Clap Your Hands for God" is the blueprint for all future Kingdom tracks. At the very least, we now have confirmation that his fashion game was always on-point — check out that collar!
