Last February, drummer and radio personality Bobby Z reunited the Revolution, Prince's old group, for their first full-scale show together in quite some time. And now he's got another Prince-inspired party planned with the second Benefit 2 Celebrate Life on Saturday, March 9 at First Avenue. The lineup just popped up, and it's a gem.

Billed as an evening with "Bobby Z & friends," the night will include the Minneapolis debut of Princess, a Prince tribute act fronted by former Saturday Night Live actress Maya Rudolph and her pal Gretchen Lieberum. The Roots drummer and artistic heart ?uestlove, who backed Princess during their performance on Late Night With Jimmy Fallon, is also slated to take part. The full lineup is below.

Last February's show was a chance to toast Bobby Z's recovery from a heart attack and raise some funds for My Purple Heart, his foundation to benefit heart health education in conjunction with the American Heart Association. And this should be a similarly reverent night filled with some of the funkiest musicians -- many former Prince bandmates -- the Twin Cities have ever seen.

Sure, you could be out in New York seeing Talib Kweli and the Blind Boys of Alabama doing Prince songs at Carnegie Hall earlier in the month, but we're gonna proudly stick here.
