This week's Freeloader Friday is loaded with insane things to do for nothing. Biz Markie is at Seven, Pink Hobo Geek Art Gallery is celebrating girl power with the Minnesota Rollergirls, Familia Skateshop is hosting not one, but two parties, and more.

Hit Like a Girl

For this group show 20 artists were asked to interpret what it means to "hit like a girl." Expect colorful interpretations and flashy artwork. At the opening party tonight there will be real hard-hitters, the Minnesota RollerGirls will be in a raucous mood and in full gear. Proceeds from tips and art sales will benefit Foundation IX, a local organization that helps girls overcome financial difficulties in sports and fitness participation. 7-10 p.m.

Butcher's Bag, the Church of Abject Sorrow, Cry Coyote, Royal Doomed

This lineup should be filled with drama. Butcher's Bag perform rock with a vaudevillian twist, and sometimes sport blood and zombie gear. The Church of Abject Sorrows draw their inspiration from the sorrow of humanity. Cry Coyote like skulls, a lot. Royal doomed round out the evening with psychobilly. 10 p.m.

Familia Skateshop and PBR host this epic dance party featuring Millions Billions, Monsterbrusten, and others spinning dance tunes past, present, and future. Drink specials and lovely people are featured all night. UPDATE: It has been announced today that this is the final Let's Dance event; the gig has gotten too big for the space. But fear not: The party will morph and return in a new form soon. 21+. 11:00 p.m. to 3 a.m.
