Using beans from their own roaster in St. Louis Park, Bull Run Coffee Bar on Lyndale uses both new and tried-and-true brewing methods - like Japanese siphoning and Hario V60 - to produce the perfect cup. Everyone has their usual order here - the Americano seems to rank high up on everyone’s list - but one of Bull Run’s most unique creations is the Black Miel - an espresso drink made with Ames Farm buckwheat honey, anise, and steamed Castle Rock organic milk. Treat yourself to one along with a baked good from Patisserie 46, post up in the front window, and soak up the Uptown sun.
