Having been in the business for 25 years, owners Ron Whyte, Bob Edmond, and Gene "Big Daddy" Sampson know their 'cue, so if you see smoke billowing into the air from the oil-drum cooker in the back, you'd better stop the car. The menu is simple: chicken and ribs or rib tips--beef or pork--with sides of house-made collard greens, slaw, baked beans, or potato salad.
