This quirky little restaurant in the basement of a St. Paul apartment building is now in its second incarnation, after one of the waitresses bought the place from the former owners. The ribs are a must-order--they’re the baby-got-back of baby back ribs--as is the roasted garlic appetizer with goat cheese and apple chutney. - Rachel Hutton
