The renovated DoubleTree Hotel includes a surprisingly ambitious seafood restaurant called Pescara. The space is clean and modern, and while the breakfast buffet seems like any generic spread set that weary travelers resign themselves to, the lunch and dinner offerings are unparalleled in Rochester--and quite a step up from the Red Lobster down the block. Seafood is flown in daily, and includes oysters, lobster, and fish. Many are offered in a build-your-own fashion, where you can pick the preparation (grilled, sautéed, broiled) and the sauce (charred corn salsa, lemon beurre blanc, etc.).
