Potentates, emperors, sovereigns, lend us your ears. The Falafel King, Fouad Masroujh (who started cooking falafel on the streets of Jerusalem at the tender age of 13), invites your attendance at his daily bargain bazaar, which of dips, sandwiches, and many, many other boldly spiced, fresh and lively dishes. Everything on the menu costs less than $10 (thrifty hosts, please note that the King's takeout party platters allow you to feed ten people for between $60 and $80). Who says there's no generosity in monarchy?
