Located on the Macalester campus, this little cafe draws students, professors, and neighborhood families. It's got the extensive coffee list and full menu to keep anyone's candle burning at all necessary ends. The menu highlights are the nut-crusted fish and chips (addictive garlic fries), daily soup specials, and the gargantuan cardamom chocolate chip cookies. It's priced for a student budget, with nothing over $10.
