The saddle of glossy caramel. The big, smiling pecans. The moonless-midnight black chocolate cake. Yeah, there are probably some people who go to this giant, cafeteria-style restaurant for the coffee drinks, the wine and beer, the salads, the sandwiches, the breads, the pizzas, the 50-something-bottle wine list, even the High Tea served each afternoon. But those are the same people who go to Disney World for Epcot Center--it's the rides, people, not the science. Rides like sweet, sweet, gooey, gooey turtle cake. Strawberry tart. German chocolate cake. Mmm. Can we ride again, Mom? We won't get sick. We promise.
