From the minty-fresh, funky-Fifties dining area to the healthy, hand-hewn foods dished up from behind the cafeteria line, there's nothing about this Seward coffee shop and casual restaurant that isn't smart. Intelligent. Well-considered. Insightful, even. It's a place that embodies the idea that a healthy meal in a peaceful setting contributes significantly to serenity, and it's especially so in the summer, when you can take your pizzas, soups, sandwiches, and such out to one of the picnic tables and meditate on the blooming boulevard gardens all through the quiet neighborhood.
