Tuxedos & Tiara: Elegant Pub Crawl
Looking for an excuse to wear that old prom dress again? Do you enjoy dressing up like a dapper gent on the weekends? Then the Tuxedos & Tiara pub crawl is an excellent excuse to do so. This will be the second year for the downtown Minneapolis barhopping event, which benefits Children's Grief Connection. Guests are encouraged to put on some fancy duds, be they recycled bridesmaid dresses, vintage finds, or T-shirt tuxes and a monocle (as well as snowshoes and puff-jackets if the weather is iffy), and take to the streets. The party begins at Hubert's Sports Bar & Grill, with a royal procession leading the way to O'Donovan's and, eventually, Kieran's Irish Pub. At the final stop there will be dancing, music, and a silent auction. Register at www.childrensgriefconnection.com. 21+.
