The Pancakes & Booze Art Show
As the nice weather draws to a close, Minneapolis is moving its mega-parties indoors, where it's getting hot. Pancakes and Booze, a traveling underground art show that got its start in 2009, is taking the Twin Cities by storm this weekend, serving up a decadent two-night-long party full of free, all-you-can-eat pancakes, booze, art by the best and brightest up-and-comers, and live, erotic body painting (that entails naked folks being colored up in your awkward dancing midst). Topping this pancake party off like syrup will be a zombie fashion show. Adding an almost Charlie's Angels: Full Throttle level of overstimulation to the event will be a series of live visual performances and an epic art battle, the nature of which will remain a mystery until the night of the event. 21+.
