Odd Future proved the diversity of their collective sound by pushing alt-R&B duo the Internet's Purple Naked Ladies for their official debut as a full-fledged label in 2011. The spacey, experimental material from Syd tha Kid and Matt Martians is distinctly more chilled than that of their Wolf Gang counterparts, incorporating a grab bag of elements from neo-soul to Tyler, the Creator's more Badu-inspired moments. Their recent album Feel Good tightens their core exploratory nature by adding stronger hooks and more confidence from frontwoman Syd, and this all-ages set at Triple Rock will push even further with their full band in tow.
