The Halloween Party
When thinking of monsters, people often list the most obvious ones—Dracula, Frankenstein's monster, or zombies, for example. But monsters really come in all shapes and sizes. In fact, it might just be the unexpected, original creations that are the most terrifying of all. For Halloween, Pink Hobo Geek Art Gallery will be throwing a party loaded with artwork celebrating original and unusual fiends created by over a dozen artists. There are bizarre animals that apathetically eat their young or allow them to die from neglect. There's a three-eyed creature with drool running down its face. There's even an angry beast that compels women to pray to its colon. Yikes. This group Halloween-themed show will feature dozens of artists, from Amy Jo to King Mini to Mike Davis and many others. The party this Saturday night is from 8 p.m. to 2 a.m., and will include tunes from DJ Kenny Kingston, prizes, and booze. (Image by Aesthetic Apparatus)
