Skate Related

With all the bike art, bike rides, and bike paths the Twin Cities has to offer, sometimes we forget to give love to other forms of transportation. This will not be the case at the latest Tarnish & Gold exhibition, "Skate Related." The group show will feature works by around 30 artists celebrating skate boarding, the alternative form of alternative transportation. On display will be poster art, jewelry, video installations, paintings, and even motorized scooters. Looking for some new art for your walls, but short on cash? Posters will be selling for only $30 each. The party features live music starting at 8 p.m. Fri., Sep. 3. (Image by y-its-mom)
