Red White & Brew: Let's Drink to the Constitution!
With Memorial Day weekend a few days away, it seems appropriate to spend an evening talking politics past and present. At Red White & Brew, folks will be asked to contemplate the Constitution, a founding document whose wording and amendments continue to bring about great debate. On hand will be local politicians and other experts to prompt interesting discussions over beer. Meanwhile, the Theater of Public Policy improv troupe will amuse audiences with performances. The happening will also feature a screening of the TPT-produced PBS documentary Constitution USA with Peter Sagal. Be sure to get there early for the Go Dutch Happy Hour, which offers diners the choice of two items from a list that includes select beers and fries for $5 from 2 to 6 p.m. 18+.
Wed., May 8, 6 p.m.; Wed., May 22, 6 p.m., 2013
