Open Stage: Intrigue
Concurrent with its production of Kate Robin's Intrigue with Faye, 20% Theatre is presenting its first Open Stage event. The evening will be an opportunity for local performing artists to share new work. For the first installment, each participant has created works around the theme of "intrigue." All pieces are under 10 minutes, and include burlesque, poetry, theatrical performance, storytelling, reading, and music. Performers include former Dykes Do Drag organizer Heather Spear, former MTN executive director Pam Colby, Hyphe-Nations co-founder Beth Ellsworth, Bedlam 10-Minute Play Fest favorite Paige Collette, and others. The event is hosted by Puck Matz. Seating is limited, so reserve a spot ahead of time by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
