New Year's Eve Bash 2012
Folks who like to keep their activity options open will love Buck Hill's New Year's Eve celebration. Here, there will be plenty of things to do, from sporty activities to live entertainment. Revelers will be welcome to hit the slopes for skiing, snow boarding, and tubing until the end of 2012. Or folks can compete in the big-air and ski-race competitions. Kids can have fun with free glitter-glam hair styling, performances from magician Kevin Hall (America's Got Talent), and other acts including clowns and jugglers. Adults can speculate on what 2013 will bring with tarot readings, enjoy dinner at the Whittier Room (call 952.432.6566 x3 for reservations), listen to live music from the Rythym Junkies, and sip cocktails into the wee hours of the evening. Instead of a ball drop, Buck Hill will ring in 2013 with a huge fireworks show. Looking to spend the night? The Best Western Premier Nicollet Inn will be offering free shuttles to the hills, plus special New Year's Eve rates. Free, some fees apply for ski rentals and lift tickets.
