This Saturday's Mixed Culture celebrates sour and unusual beers. Out in the beer garden, guests will be invited to sample from a variety of tart and funky batches they won't find anywhere else. The party will include the return of Fair State's lactobac series, which includes brews flavored with things like salt and watermelon; cranberry, ginger, and blood orange; and lemon, lemongrass, and ginger. Rare and limited-release bottles will also be popped, and seven new barrel-aged collaborations with Oakhold Farmhouse Brewery will be shared. Sip four-ounce and full-pour glasses of Wild Rover, a sour stout with raspberries; Rye Falutin, a saison made with wine grapes; and beers aged with enhancing ingredients like lime, smoke, and grapefruit. Weird is wonderful. 21+.
