This Sunday, bar and restaurant Republic at Seven Corners will be hosting an art party. The show, titled "Marrow," will feature the large-scale oil and acrylic paintings of Natalie Gallagher for one night only. During the evening, acoustic folk singer Chastity Brown will play a nontraditional set that should fit in excellently with the unusual gallery space. This is the last show before local artist and writer Gallagher leaves the country for a bit. Prints will be for sale, and there will be sweet snacks as well (the event's Tumblr is currently debating between Swedish fish and cupcakes).
Sun., Jan. 8, 7 p.m.-1 a.m., 2012
