The 11th edition of this evening of food, booze, and music will feature seafood, veggies, and suds. Erik Anderson, head chef at Sea Change, will play a culinary King Titan, offering treats including salmon puffs, roe, and mousse, as well as preserved albacore tuna. La Belle Vie chef Mike Decamp will make you eat your veggies as he prepares a gourmet veggie tart. Add in frozen treats and beer from Lagunitas Brewing Co., and you can't possibly leave hungry. Musical acts include the Twin Cities Ukelele Orchestra, rock group the Dynamiters, brewer and acoustic blues artist Tony Magee, and many others.
