Cycling, Sports - Participatory
Ten years ago, a group of people took off their pants, hopped on a bike, and spread joy throughout Minneapolis. This Monday, they celebrate a decade of nearly nude bike riding, impromptu dancing, and almost skinny-dipping. Arrive at 6 p.m. in the vacant lot near White Castle in northeast Minneapolis to meet your fellow riders. From there, take off the amount of clothing you feel comfortable with, whether you prefer to rock bras and panties, feel good about the versatility of swimsuit trunks, or want to get cheeky in a thong. Regardless of your sartorial choices, be sure to wear sunscreen. Stops along the way usually include parks and beaches, so bring snacks, water, secret booze, and your naked patriotism.
