Barhopping, Food and Drink
Town Hall has had a lot in the works for Minnesota Cider Week, including cider dinner pairings and expanded offerings on tap through Saturday. The culmination, though, is Cider Fest, where revelers will enjoy a variety of ciders from the patios of Town Hall Brewery and Republic in Seven Corners. With eight cideries stationed at each pub, there will be ample samples of one-off and rare hard apple beverages. A few key choices include a new Sweetland release, a barrel-aged Wyndfall keg, a Seattle Cider Company showcase, and a new ginger cider from Sapsucker Farms. Also pouring are Milk & Honey, Keepsake, Yellow Belly, Julian, Two Towns, Maiden Rock, Aspall, and Farnum Hill. The evening will also feature a cider homebrew competition, where judges will select winners in a variety of categories. 21+.
