Bill Engvall

Frank Sinatra had "My Way," Bing Crosby was known for "White Christmas," and Bill Engvall's signature piece is "Here's Your Sign." "I bought a wreath to go on our front door," says Engvall, founder of the Federal Institute of Stupidology and hander-outer of signs that read "I'm Stupid." "As I was walking out of the store, a man stopped me and said, 'Hey, you going to hang that on your door?' I said, 'No, sir, it's a Christmas toilet seat cover—got the idea from Martha Stewart. Here's your sign." One of four founding fathers (umm, make that "good ol' boys") of the Blue Collar Comedy Tour, which has spun off into films and TV shows, Engvall made the leap to sitcom star when The Bill Engvall Show debuted on TBS in July. Minnesotans obviously love Engvall's brand of chicken-fried humor; a second show was added by popular demand.
