Bil Dwyer

"I don't know what I talk about," Bil Dwyer admits. "Sometimes it all just flies by and later I'm like, 'Really? That's what I talked about?'" He further confesses that he talks about things he doesn't know much about. "Like strip clubs," he says. "I never go to them, but I find them hilarious." Indeed, he does have a nice bit on the subject of gentlemen's clubs. "Because that's where gentlemen go," he laughs. Dwyer is widely known for a variety of sports-related comedy projects he's done over the years, including The Ultimate Fan League game show, Battlebots, and The Tiny Football League. The last was a series of vignettes that ran during halftime of Sunday Night Football last season. "That was some funny stuff, I've got to say." He's not sure the hosts of SNF felt the same way, though. "I don't think [studio host] Dan Patrick and those guys were getting it at all," he laughs. "Dan's got a great sense of humor, but he's got the Sunday Night Football gig, and he doesn't want anyone thinking the funny guy talking about the kid athletes is part of his team. And I can understand that." Originally from Chicago, Dwyer relocated to Los Angeles after placing high in a college comedy competition. He took a year off from standup while in southern California. "I thought I was going to be a salesman. I didn't know. Then my wife said, 'If you're going to be a salesman, we can live in Chicago.' I was like, 'Oh, I get it.' Sometimes they figure things out for you." 18+.
