Better Beer Society's Brown Bag Blind Taste
Can you pick your favorite brew out of a lineup? How much does the label on a bottle inform and/or hinder your palate? These are questions that will be explored at the first Brown Bag Blind Tasting. Here, folks will be invited to blind sample 27 varieties on tap. Different styles and brand names will be tried, and guests will be encouraged to take notes on the aroma, hops level, and malt of each beer. The event will begin with a brunch where folks can taste beers paired with menu items, followed by four different tasting sessions. At the end of the day taps will be revealed, and the guest who guesses the most craft brews correctly will win a special prize. For tickets, visit www.brownpapertickets.com. 21+.
