Beer Dabber Winter Carnival
The best way to enjoy a rugged winter afternoon in St. Paul is surrounded by knit-capped friends and 150 of the best craft brews. This year's Beer Dabbler Winter Carnival will be held in the Midway at the Minnesota State Fairgrounds. The event grows and garners more fans each year as folks dole out samples from breweries big and small, including Bent Paddle, Blue Moon, Founders, Hebrew, Northgate, and Great Lakes. Here, there will be new brews waiting to be discovered and old favorites to revisit. It wouldn't be a Beer Dabbler without great entertainment and a slew of mobile food vendors, either. The music lineup this year includes Valley Meadows, Bigtree Bonsai, Farewell Milwaukee, and Sims, with special VIP tent entertainment with the Ericksons. Food vendors on hand will offer all kinds of eats, from pizza to pasties. Expect to find food-truck favorites like Gastrotruck, Natedogs, and Tot Boss. For more info, visit thebeerdabbler.com. 21+.
