Ballet of the Dolls: Sinderella/Cinderella
Are you in the mood for something naughty, or nice? Ballet of the Dolls will offer both options with their latest productions, "Sinderella" and "Cinderella." The latter features the classic tale told with a little twist of the Dolls' creative flavor. However, this show is intended to be fun for the whole family, so it's safe to bring the kids. The former is a twisted production meant for grown-ups only. Here, the beloved tale will take place in a brothel, where the evil stepmother is the madame and her step-sisters are ladies of the night. Whether you want sassy or sweet, both productions should serve as a pleasant antidote for those suffering from Nutcracker overload this holiday season.
Dec. 15-16, 2 p.m.; Dec. 22-23, 2 p.m., 2012
