Andrew Dice Clay
Andrew Dice Clay has always been a controversial figure. The comic and sometimes actor (he played Max Goldman in the great Crime Story TV series just before his standup career took off), is back—again. A few weeks ago he turned up on Donald Trump's Celebrity Apprentice and wound up being the first one fired. "It's a TV show," he explains over the phone from an office at Caroline's comedy club in New York. "It's a goof. I love the guy. I've done his casinos; I've gambled in his hotels. It went the way it should have gone." Not surprisingly, he didn't mesh well with his entire team. "Jesse James is just common," he complains. "What was he even doing there? If he's there to fix the truck, then I get it. Now go home." He felt a little differently about the female team. "I would have fucked all of them except for Melissa Rivers, believe me." Doesn't sound like he's changed much. "I've got the same voice," he says, "but I'm technical, I'm modern. I'm up-to-date on a lot of things." But is it all shtick? "There are parts that are real. Some things I say to shock." 18+.
