A Devilishly Delightful Halloween Costume Ball
It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out that horror and sexiness make an alluring combo. This weekend, the folks at Le Cirque Rouge Cabaret & Burlesque will be titillating and terrifying onstage with an evening featuring a variety of new, Halloween-inspired performances. Switchblade Side Show will up the stakes and the drama with carnival-style performances including straitjacket escapes, razor-blade swallowing, whip acts, and magic. The always naughty Ballet of the Dolls will also take the stage, and music will be provided by Fates Palette and Courtney McLean and the Dirty Curls. There will be tarot-card readers on hand as well, should you want to take a glimpse into the future (or reflect on the past). Be sure to come in costume, as a contest is planned for the witching hour. 21+. (Pictured: Le Cirque Rouge Cabaret & Burlesque)
