Beer-makers 612 have hit another milestone. To celebrate, they’re releasing their high-gravity Quad, available only during their anniversary weekend. The Belgian-style brew, with a whopping 11.9-percent alcohol (thanks, high gravity), follows last year’s Tripel, which will also return for the festivities. Both will be available in bottles to take home, while supplies last. Meanwhile, in-house drafts include a special anniversary flight option for $9. If that is too steep for you, free beer will be offered from 3 to 4 p.m. on Friday. During the two-day party, food options from Simply Steve’s and Outlaw Grill will feature 612 in their recipes. Friday night’s live music is headlined by the May North, while Saturday’s lineup includes DJ Ben Quam. According to tradition, 612 is supposed to gift us with linen or silk. We’ll take the beer.
