I think y'all gotta cut Burch some slack. Defiantly has great quality food. For a steak house its the most affordable if you're smart about it(8oz prime hanger for $13). The dumplings are $6 each and delicious. Plus there's an awesome pizzeria in the basement with great salads and seafood too. Yes, the pizza is Neapolitan style, not New York style. Crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside with a perfect leopard spotted crust. PUT SOM STAK ON DAT ZZA! Bunch of taste ridden fools on this site. Go suck down some five guys... that'll make you happy for your dollar bills

Burch
There is glorious, carnivorous decadence contained in a perfectly prepared hunk of beef. Steak can be ordered with a million accoutrements or a simple slab of butter, but if the meat isn't just right, the entire dish is lost. Burch is doing many things well, but the name of the game here is steak. Offering guests a variety of cuts, both grass-fed and corn-finished, Burch beautifully prepares them all. It's often easy to pile on sauce or seasonings, but this is pure, unadulterated beef bliss. Simply seasoned, perfectly cooked to order, the steak is singularly flavored. The entire menu and all the sides are worth exploring, but this is perfect, unadorned steak heaven.
