It's no surprise that Icehouse has some killer drinks on its menu. The specialty cocktail list was designed by Johnny Michaels of the North Star Bartenders' Guild and La Belle Vie fame, after all. Novelty drinks can be extremely hard to pull off, but that's not the case here. The Little Richard is an appropriately fruity and fizzy concoction featuring its namesake imprinted on the cream-foam top. The Full.Grown.Man. brings together homemade ginger beer and bitters with rum and bourbon. Meanwhile, the Butterfly Kiss gin martini packs subtle layers of flavors that include chamomile, apricot, and lemon swirled with an egg white/olive oil emulsion. Feeling silly? If you're sitting at the bar you can order up a Colonel Mustard for $1 and the bartender will squirt some whiskey into your mouth from a plastic yellow bottle.
