Um, I had terrible service when I was there. There were only 4 tables filled at the time, and I still had terrible service. My drink sat empty for quite a while before I was asked if I wanted another. I got the 10 course tasting, and several dishes weren't explained to me, just dropped off. I think that some of their friends were there, because they spent more time there than serving us and the other tables. The only people that I know that have gotten great service have been cute single girls...

Really? Couldn't you have considered giving one restaurant award out of the many you offer to the people who work in the front of house? The chefs at Travail may do a great job, but there are professional servers out there who also have a huge impact on whether or not you have a good time in a restaurant. It would be nice to see them get a little credit now and then.
